Printable Form for Clan/Society Registration Clan/Society participation includes 2 invitations to Friday evening Patron/Sponsor reception, 1 festival pin, 1 souvenir program, invitations to Saturday Hospitality Tent, and special recognition in Games publications if registration is received by May 10, 2013. There is no fee for clans to attend, and clans must provide their own tents, tables and chairs. Clans must set up by 9 am and remain until 4 pm.
